Key experience:
Olstad has been employed in Hydro since 1986. She began her career in Hydro Fertilizers, Sales and Marketing Department and gained commercial experience within sales, marketing, and logistic solutions, at both national and international levels. Since 2000 Olstad has worked in Hydro Aluminium AS Metal Sourcing & Trading serving as a contract administrator and metal coordinator.
Olstad was previous an employee representative in the Norsk Hydro ASA’s Board of Directors from 2020 until 2022.
Through her union work, Olstad has developed strong expertise in workers’ rights as well as people and remuneration matters. She has represented Negotia in Hydro since 2012 and has served as chair since 2015.
